Q: Am I allowed to bring my dog?
A: Yes! However, they must be on leash at all times.
Q: Does this event cost money?
A: The event itself is free, but the park charges $5/car per day for parking. Please bring cash (exact change!). There are other things that you might want to bring cash for as well - CDs, food, drink, camping, etc. Some of those things can be prepaid for on THIS PAGE.
Q: Will there be food trucks?
A: YES! We will have hoagies and sandwiches by Deano's Deli and likely some other trucks serving coffee, pizza, and vegan hot dogs. Do you know a food truck who would want to be there? Email us at hikeswithoutmics@gmail.com.
Q: This sounds awesome! I want to volunteer! Where do I sign up?
A: Just email hikeswithoutmics@gmail.com and we'll give you some options for things that would be fun for you and SUPER helpful for us.
Q: Can I get there via public transportation?
A: Only if you feel like walking several miles uphill from the bus stop. I don't recommend it.
Q: Are there bathrooms?
A: There are several portopotties on site.
Q: Is the event kid friendly?
A: While there is nothing specifically catering to children, kids are more than welcome to attend.
